2nd Annual Durango Boxing Classic
July 5, 2025 in historic Downtown Durango

This USA Boxing-sanctioned amateur showcase is a highlight of the City of Durango’s Four Days for the Fourth marketing campaign. Anticipating 20-30 bouts, the event will draw USA Boxing officials, athletes, coaches, and families from multiple states. Both locals and visitors are expected to attend in high numbers.
At The Good Fight Boxing Club, community is at the heart of what we do. This event will not only celebrate our local boxing community but also introduce the broader public to the rich culture of the “Sweet Science.” Your attendance and/or financial support will help us showcase the best of Durango’s culture and hospitality, ensuring that this event becomes a highlight of every July to come.
In addition to celebrating our community, the event will serve as a fundraiser for The Good Fight Boxing Gym, which has been serving Durango for six years. Proceeds will support our club and our contribution fund that supports boxing scholarships, training, and our traveling team. Join us in enriching the lives of local boxers and honoring the history and culture of our city.
The Main Event
Saturday, July 5
10th Street & Main Avenue, Downtown Durango
This is a family-friendly event for locals and visitors of all ages! Our gym and our events have a strong focus on diversity, accessibility, education, and inclusion.
Tickets can be purchased on site the day of the event or in advance at the gym. Email Katy with questions about purchasing tickets in advance.
Adults / Individuals ages 8 and above: $25 each
Tickets purchased in groups of 5 or more: $20 each
Children 7 and under: Free
Gates open at 12:00 pm, with the first bell at 1:00 pm. Opening Festivities include the Land Acknowledgement, National Anthem, opening prayer, music, and trivia.
